Planed Maintenance
We cannot stress how important regular planned maintenance is to the
effectiveness and long term health of your system, not to mention pocket.
Hawkes offers and provides fully tailored maintenance programmes to suit your
system and pocket. As a minimum it ensures your warranty is in force and
otherwise keeps you running day and night with minimum interruption, ensures
longer operating life and protects your investment.
All programmes are individually matched to both your system and your
requirements, whilst also complying with statutory safety, mandatory
requirements such as the FGAS regulations and manufacturers guidelines.
We offer regular visits by mobile engineers, manned sites or full facilities
maintenance packages.

Reactive Maintenance
We also provide a reactive
maintenance service, you place your call with us either by phone, fax or email
or complete the online form.
Reactive Maintenance relates to the one off repair of faults or breakdowns
you may experience with any building services systems you have. Hawkes has fully
trained qualified engineers who you can call out to attend your premises to
effect a repair or diagnosis of an ongoing problem or fault.
If
the fault can be fixed easily and within your agreed cost and time scale it will
be completed for you. We operate a fixed fee call out charge for the first hour
and any additional time or work will be advised to you. Parts and consumables
will be charged at extra cost if required or necessary.
If the fault requires major work or expensive parts you will be quoted a
fixed price to effect the repair before work proceeds.
Service is different to Maintenance, but Maintenance contract customers are
provided with a 365 day, 24 hour call out service for service call outs. It is
one of the benefits of having a Maintenance contract agreement with Hawkes.
