Hawkes a customer focused business formed in
1966; our view is without our long term customer relationships such as ; Queen
Mary College; Hackney Council; Thames Card; Williams Refrigeration; Fords; BP;
Percy Ingle Bakeries to name but a few we would not be in business.
The company has four Main routes to market

Our Clients needs are set in stone and as such we offer a
24hour 365day per year coverage for all of our client base.
To manage the service levels of our clients we employ full
time engineers; provide up to date training; the latest vehicles; tools and have
dedicated call handlers to provide an immediate response to logging the clients
calls.
On average our service records provide a same day next day
response to site by one of our engineers.
We have invested in Computer Hardware and service Software
to log and aim calls to engineers with the focus on cutting wasted time and
therefore helps towards a first time fix.
Hawkes History
Martin, his brother David and father Cyril Hawkes were the
sole founders of our company back in 1966.
David split away from the company and went into motor
racing. Cyril later retired and Martin 8 years later formed a partnership with
Bernard Cameron.
Their determination as business associates and the long
hours of dedicated hard work they invested has proven the foundation for our
successful steady growth. Bernard sadly passed away in January 1990 Martin
Hawkes is still very active in the business though he is planning to spend more
time on the golf course with his intention to retire in the near future.
Martins vast knowledge of the industry is still a resource
we are very happy to draw upon, even today.
